Orders are shipped through USPS and currently the USPS delivers packages on Saturday, not Sundays or holidays. Customers will receive email communication if the company is experiencing any delays in shipping orders in a timely manner.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Queens of Supremacy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Queens of Supremacy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy

International Shipping is not Supported at this Time.

Return & Exchange Policy

No refunds will be given. Unworn items can be returned or exchanged for other items or store credit. To start an exchange, please send an email with you name, order number, and reason for return: to qos@queensofsupremacy.com. Queens of Supremacy will not be responsible for the shipping cost related to returned items. Once your unworn items are received, the return/exchange process will be started and your store credit or items will be distributed.
